Booking
How do I book a room?
Search by city and dates, pick a property and room, then pay online or choose pay at property where the host allows it. You get a confirmation by email and in your bookings list.
Can I book a banquet hall or meeting room?
Yes. Choose the hall or room type in search, pick the date and time slot, and complete the booking the same way as a room.
Payments
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay online with UPI, cards and net banking, use your wallet balance, or pay at the property where it is offered. We never ask you to transfer money to a bank account.
Cancellations and refunds
How much do I get back if I cancel?
The refund depends on how close to check-in you cancel. The exact amount is shown on the cancellation screen before you confirm. Taxes are not refundable on cancellation.
When will my refund arrive?
Refunds go back to your original payment method or your wallet. Your booking page shows the status of each refund.
Your account
How do I change my mobile number or email?
Open your profile and choose the detail to change. We verify the new number or email with a one time code.
